REVIEW
Many people suffer from bad backs...I am one of them. I have seen many doctors in regards to treatments and have been following the more natural path. With that said, I try to read any book I can that might shed some light on things that might be beneficial. This is one book that actually offered some new ideas, which was really refreshing.
A lot of doctors like to throw surgery out as an option, and while it can help many time it causes a myriad of other problems. Dr. Fersel lays out many different ideas in this book, and while reading it you should come away with some ideas that will help you with your type of back pain.
I recommend this to anyone who suffers from any kind of back or neck pain.
